This venue was quiet and welcoming, and I had a great time here with pleasant staff; the location was excellent, next to a supermarket and a convenience store with easy access.

Good location, clean, someone comes by every morning to redecorate your room... The coffee is very good...
It's a pity to have a kitchen equipped for cooking but not to have a pan or saucepan... Bit noisy...

The size of the room. The quietness of the outside neighborhood.
Poor soundproofing... Ventilation too close to the bed. Bed and pillows more or less comfortable.

Nice apartment with small kitchenette. Good mattress. Close to shops ( 100 meters )
Hardly any kitchen utensils, I didn't have a frying pan. I cooked my steak in the only pan that I had ever had. Nothing to do with the hotel service, I didn't like Santa Fé. A 2 X 3 lane car cuts the town in two, with a lot of traffic and no real town centre, it's everywhere. Luckily I was only here one night in transit. OOF !

The service was good
Unbeatable location near downtown, outlet shopping, Denny's, Museum Hill, and Albertsons supermarket. The breakfast was exceptionally nice. We loved our room with a bathtub

Very clean room, well equipped, complete kitchen (without cauldron on the other hand and crockery like, 2 glasses, 2 bowls...), sitting area, toilets ok. Very correct breakfast although continental. Located in a shopping center, so grocery store, fast food and a pharmacy nearby. At the entrance of the city next to the central axis for travel in the canyons and attractions around Santa Fe, 10 minutes from the Center.
The hotel is very hard to find. It is located at the back of a shopping mall, without any indication, no illuminated sign with the name of the hotel. It's not at all intuitive to enter a Shopping Centre to get to a hotel... If you get to the dark, rely on your GPS, enter the Mall and continue to the end... The front desk staff look like robots reciting a text... not very friendly or empathetic. The chair was smashed.
